“Consumer Law 101” Conference Attracts Significant Interest: Supreme Court Honorary Member Ali Selman Erkuş Shares His Experiences
The conference titled “Consumer Law 101,” organized by the Ombudsman and Mediation Community, was held with the participation of a prominent figure from the legal world. The honorary guest of the conference was Ali Selman Erkuş, retired president of the 13th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals and honorary member of the Supreme Court of Appeals.
The event, which saw a high turnout, addressed current issues in consumer law, their practical implications, and judicial decisions. The main agenda items of the conference included:
