Purpose:
To plan, execute and implement the activities necessary to realize the vision and mission of the faculty supervise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Academic and Administrative Management: Chairs the Faculty Boards and ensures the implementation of decisions. Determines the mission and vision of the Faculty and shares these values with all employees. Prepares and approves analytical budgets. Supervises the effective use and records of movables.
2. Academic Development and Research: Develops education-training and research policies. Organizes courses, seminars and conferences that encourage continuous learning in the Faculty. Ensures the preparation and continuation of research projects. Manages accredited studies and strategic plans.
3. Human Resources Management: Makes and recommends faculty staff planning. Provides training opportunities for administrative and academic staff. Provides guidance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in personnel management.
4. Monitoring and Reporting of Activities: Conducts faculty evaluation and quality studies. Ensures regular continuity of education and training and resolves problems. At the end of the academic year, the faculty reports its general status to the Rector.
5. Representation and Communication: Represents the faculty at the highest level. Uses the authority to represent the university and has signature authority.

Purpose:

Communication and Organization:
- Manages faculty student affairs, scholarship procedures and disabled students’ problems.

Purpose:
